Warbud will build Ibis Styles hotel with app. 180 rooms in Warsaw

Orbis has entrusted Warbud with a contract for general contracting of an Ibis Styles hotel at 1 Zagórna Street in Warsaw. Let us recall that the enterprise will entail the construction of a hotel with 179 rooms, conference rooms and a restaurant. The design of the investment, with a total area of 7,100 sqm and cubature of 23,700 meters³, has been prepared by Tremend. Works on the building are to be finalized in September 2018. ■
