Warbud will construct for Marvipol for 45 million PLN net a service-residential building with z 54 units in Warsaw

On October 15, Marvipol entrusted Warbud with a contract for the general contracting of an apartment building on Topiel Street in Warsaw. The contract, worth 45 million PLN net, is to be carried out by the end of April 2020. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with 52 flats and 2 service units. As we reported, the design of the enterprise has been prepared by architect Marcin Mostafa from the WWAA workshop. The property was purchased for 13.5 million PLN in August 2016. ■
