Warbud will build for Chopin Airport Development a Moxy hotel with 120 rooms in Poznań-Ławica

Chopin Airport Development entrusted Warbud with general contractorship of a Moxy hotel at the airport in Poznań-Ławica. The building with the total area of over 5,300 sqm, with 120 rooms, gastronomical facilities, meeting hall, fitness club and parking for 89 vehicles, is going to be opened at the end of 2019. Let us recall that the three star hotel of a chain belonging to Marriott International will be erected according to the design by Emkaa Architekci office and the substitute investor of the enterprise is Polski Holding Nieruchomości. ■
