Spektrum Real, a subsidiary of Karimpol Polska, has entrusted Warbud with the general contracting of the "Skyliner" office building in the area of the intersection of Towarowa and Prosta streets (Daszyńskiego Roundabout) in Warsaw. The building, designed by APA Wojciechowski, is going to be 195 meters tall (45 stories including underground and technical levels) and will have a lease area of over 43,600 sqm, including over 3,100 sqm of retail-service space. The building is scheduled to be put to use in mid-2020. As we have reported, Hill International took part in the procedure of choosing the contractor.
Skyliner is going to be yet another investment whose construction was entrusted to Warbud by Karimpol. The companies collaborated on the following office buildings in Warsaw: Taifun, Mistral, Passat and Equator IV on Aleje Jerozolimskie (Jerusalem Avenue). ■
