Warbud to expand Gedeon Richter's plant in Grodzisk Mazowiecki

Gedeon Richter, one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Central and Eastern Europe, will expand its plant in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The investment will cover over 5,100 m² of new floor space and a total volume of 28,860 m³. The project includes the construction of a new wing of the production hall, a fire water tank, and an expanded parking area. The development will enable the launch of new production lines and the creation of additional jobs, strengthening the company's position in the pharmaceutical market. The contract with Warbud, which will act as the general contractor in a design-and-build model, was signed on July 10, 2025. The architectural design is provided by VTU Engineering Polska Sp. z o.o. Gedeon Richter Polska, operating since 1998 at 35 Graniczna Street, specializes in drug manufacturing, clinical research, analytical method development, and product registration.
