Warbud wants to extend hospital complex for approx. 146 million PLN

Warbud (145.8 million PLN, against the budget of 78.5 million PLN) and Climamedic (154.8 million PLN) submitted offers in the tender procedure, concerning extension of the Wiktor Dega Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital (ORSK) between 28 Czerwca 1956 r. and Krzyżowa streets in Poznań. Let us recall that the investment will entail the construction of a building with usable area of 7,900 sqm. The contest for development of design for the enterprise was won by the consortium of CDF Architekci and Ucess. ■
