Warbud will build "ArtN" multi-functional complex

On April 4, Capital Park signed a contract with Warbud, concerning the design and contractorship of the ArtN multi-functional complex on the former Norblin property at the intersection of Prosta and Żelazna streets in Warsaw. The value of the contract has been established at over 333.2 million PLN net and a provisional sum of 31.9 million PLN net, to be used at the investor's discretion. The works, should be finalized by October 31 2020. Let us recall that in December of last year, we reported that Soletanche Polska was entrusted with the foundation works. Design of the complex with an area of approx. 64,000 sqm (out of which 24,000 sqm will be taken up by retail-service premises, and the remaining area by office space) has been prepared by PRC Architekci. We have reported in PREM that the other companies interested in the contractorship of the enterprise were: IDS-Bud, Erbud, Budimex, and Hochtief. ■
