Warbud will extend production complex in Ujazd

Warbud has acquired a contract from Euroglas Polska, concerning the extension of glassworks in Ujazd (Łódzkie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of new technology and warehouse buildings with a total area of 55,700 sqm, as well as launching a new production line. The works will include a furnace, a tin bath, and auxiliary buildings. Documentation has been prepared by Biuro Projektów Budownictwa from Kielce. The system is scheduled to launch on the turn of 2018 and 2019. Let us recall that in August of this year we reported that Mostostal Zabrze Realizacje Przemysłowe signed a letter of intent with Euroglas Polska and Lahti Precision, concerning the signing of two contracts pertaining to the supply and assembly of steel structures of a unit for the new Euroglas 2 glassworks in Ujazd. The total value of the contracts has been established at 4.4 million euro (approx. 18.9 million PLN) net. The works are scheduled to be finalized in June 2019. ■
