Warbud, Strabag and NDI want to build office complex

Warbud, Strabag Drogi Wojewódzkie and NDI Hotel Management have been qualified to participate in the further stages of the procedure for the construction, through public-private partnership, of the Investor Servicing Center on Centralna Street in Krakow. Let us recall that in August 2010 we informed about the collaboration of Karpla Consulting on the verification of the project of the complex. Documentation was prepared by Niras Polska, on the basis of a concept prepared by the Claudio Nardi's Italian workshop. The enterprise, supervised by ZIM (Zarząd Inwestycji Miejskich), assumes the construction of an outlet with an area of approx. 46,700 sqm for 258 mln PLN. During the procedure, ZIM is using the consulting services of the consortium Domański Zakrzewski Palinka Mott MacDonald Polska/Crido Taxand. ■
