White Star Logistics is going to build logistics center

White Star Logistics, in collaboration with Bain Capital Credit, is preparing construction of a logistics-warehouse center at the Elana Industrial Park (PP Elana) in the area of Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie Street in Toruń. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of two warehouses: with an area of nearly 27,200 sqm in the 1st stage and over 21,400 sqm in the 2nd stage. The investor is currently obtaining the construction permits. Let us recall that last year in August, we reported that White Star had established collaboration with Bain Capital Credit concerning construction of logistics centers in Nowy Konik and Raszyn. They are going to have a total usable area of approx. 120,000 sqm. ■
