White Star will build logistics center in Nowy Konik

White Star Logistics Park Konik is applying for construction permits for a logistics-warehouse complex in the area of Terespolska Street in Nowy Konik (Mazowieckie Province). The enterprise, which we initially mentioned this year in August, is going to entail the development of properties with an area of approx. 15 ha. The investment concerns four buildings with a total development area of 75,000 sqm (9.800 sqm, 25,000 sqm, 21,400 sqm, 18,200 sqm). The design has been developed by Blue Axes, and preparations were carried out in collaboration with RSK Polska. ■
