WJA Apartamenty is planning shopping center in Brwinów

WJA Apartamenty is applying for permission to extend the "Galeria Brwinów" shopping complex on Grodziska Street in Brwinów (Mazowieckie Province). The parameters of the investment have been established at over 73,000 meters³. The building currently offers a lease area of approx. 10,000 sqm. The architectural partner of the investment is the architectural team of Family Partners company (arch. Paweł Obelnicki). WJA Apartamenty has personal ties to Park Handlowy Family Brwinów.
Galeria Brwinów has been built by Włodarzewska company. Once the company went bankrupt, the center was put to sale by the assignee in bankruptcy. Let us recall that the design of the complex has been developed by Europrojekt, and the general contractorship has been entrusted to Pastan-Pol. In August 2012, we reported that Włodarzewska was planning to carry out a complex of retail park-type buildings, designed by ION Architekci, in the vicinity of the shopping center. ■
