WNP Budownictwo commenced construction of residential complex in Elbląg

EL Invest Development Włodzimierz Powązka has chosen WNP Budownictwo as the general contractor of the 1st stage (61 flats) of the "Osiedle Sadowa" residential complex on Sadowa Street in Elbląg. The enterprise, designed by Atelier Hoffmann, is to entail the construction of a complex with nearly 400 flats by 2021. Let us recall that we have informed in PREM that Włodzimierz Powązka (a shareholder of T.J.M. Development) was conducting preparations for the development of a 2.5-ha lot on Sadowa Street. ■
