WPIP is carrying out warehouse-office building with area of 9,000 sqm in Raszyn

Wielkopolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Inżynierii Przemysłowej (WPIP) announced that they have been chosen by Ideal Idea as the general contractor of the extension of the "City Park Warsaw" business complex. The investment, located on Słowikowskiego Street in Raszyn near Warsaw, is going to entail the construction of the building designated as H7, with a lease area of 9,000 sqm, including approx. 7,000 sqm of warehouse space and 2,000 sqm of office space. Once the works are finalized, which is scheduled for the 1st quarter of next year, the area of the complex will increase to over 37,000 sqm. ■
