W.P.I.P. is going to build production-office complex for Tece in Pęcz

W.P.I.P. (Wielkopolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Inżynierii Przemysłowej) has acquired an order from Tece Industrial for the contractorship of the development of a production complex in Pęcz near Strzelin (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction, within 11 months, of a production-warehouse hall (11,500 sqm) and an office building (1,000 sqm). The cost of the order is established for approx. 29 mln PLN. ■
