WPIP to deliver a 14,000 m² office and showroom complex for MLP Group in Poznań

WPIP Construction, acting on behalf of MLP Group, is carrying out the expansion of MLP Business Park Poznań, located in the vicinity of Wołczyńska Street in Poznań. The project includes the construction of three office and showroom buildings with a total area of 14,000 m². In November 2024, we reported on WPIP's earlier cooperation with MLP Group on previous stages of the development, which covered a complex of office and warehouse space totaling 38,000 m². In the immediate vicinity, the investor, in cooperation with the architectural studio MODOarchitektura, also completed the MLP Business Park Poznań logistics center with a usable floor area of 26,000 m².
