Wre Projekt is going to build hotel in Wrocław

Wre Projekt Graniczna, company associated with I2 Development, is applying for permits for the development of a property with an area of approx. 0.6 ha, located on 149-149A Graniczna Street in Wrocław. The planned investment is to entail the construction of a hotel project. Architectural guidelines are being developed by Greg Architekci. Different variants of the enterprise are being considered, concerning the construction of four complexes of hotel buildings, one with six above-ground stories, and a complex of micro-apartments. ■
