X Point Powiśle will carry out office building

X Point Powiśle is applying for a construction permit for an office building with an underground parking garage and service premises on the ground floor on 44A Rozbrat Street in Warsaw. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a cubature of over 37,600 meters³. Design works were carried out in collaboration with Atelier Tektura (Mateusz Kluczek). According to court registry, X Point Powiśle is associated with Ghelamco via X Point Powiśle. ■
