Xelog is preparing construction of logistics center with area of 62,000 sqm in Świdnica

Xelog is applying for permits for the development of 10.8 ha of land in the area of Kazimierza Wielkiego and Tadeusza Ząbka streets in Świdnica-Zawiszów (Dolnośląskie Province). The planned investment is to entail construction of an industrial-warehouse-service complex, along with social-office sections, with a total area of 62,000 sqm. According to court registry, Xelog is associated with Specinvest. ■
