"Modern City" housing complex to be built in Warsaw-Bemowo

A dependent company of Robyg has conducted procedures connected with the acquisition of permits for the construction of a multi-family housing outlet with a cubature of almost 42,000 meters³, in the area of Szeligowska and Rayskiego streets. GiS Architekci is responsible for the project. At the same time, the company has announced the construction of the "Modern City" complex, which is going to consist of the putting to use, in 9 stages, of approx. 800 apartment units at 53 Szeligowska Street. The first stage, which is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2020, is going to consist of the costruction of 132 units.
The investor is also trying to obtain permission for the construction of a complex on Rayskiego Street, near Batalionów Chłopskich Street. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of outlets with a total cubature of approx. 70,000 meters³. Project works were carried out by Przemysław Gałach (GiS Architekci). Let us recall that Robyg has built the "Young City" housing complex on Balationów Chłopskich Street. In 2015 we also informed about plans for the purchase by the developer of a nearby 3.5-ha property for the construction of a complex with approx. 650 apartments. ■
