YIT is preparing complex with 154 flats in Gdańsk

YIT Development is obtaining permits for the development of a property on 17 Rakoczego Street in Gdańsk. The planned investment, which we initially mentioned last year in November, is going to entail the construction of two multi-family residential buildings with a total of 154 flats with a cubature of 36,000 meters3. Design works have been carried out by Łańcucki Architekci (company with personal ties to Maarte). ■
