Żabi Kruk SPV will build apart-hotel in Gdańsk

At the end of July, Żabi Kruk SPV, company with ties to Icon Real Estate, applied for a construction permit for an apart-hotel complex in the area of Rzeźnicka, Kocurki and Żabi Kruk streets in Gdańsk. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a cubature of nearly 18,000 meters³. Design works have been carried out by architect Zbigniew Kowalewski (A-Plan). ■
