Zdrojowa Invest will build in Szklarska Poręba, according to design by Grupa 5, a condohotel with over 100 units

 In the nearest future, Zdrojowa Invest, as the developer and general contractor, is going to begin construction of the "Forest Ski Hotel**** & Resort" complex on Armii Krajowej Street in Szklarska Poręba (Dolnośląskie Province). The 1st stage of the investment, designed by the Grupa 5 workshop, will entail the construction of a four-star condo hotel with 104 residential units with areas of 23.5-58 sqm, which are to be sold to individual customers. The complex is to be opened at the end of next year. The role of project manager has been entrusted to Robert Smulski. The cost of the whole investment, which is to be carried out on an 8-ha property, has been estimated at 250 million PLN.
This is going to be Zdrojowa Invest's second investment in Szklarska Poręba. In 2012, the company opened the Cristal Resort hotel there, on Kołłątaja Street. ■
