Zdrojowa Invest is commencing 1st stage of VacationClub Resort complex in Dźwirzyno

Zdrojowa Invest has commenced the sale of units in the 1st stage (51 apartments) of the VacationClub Resort complex in Dźwirzyno (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The entire complex will offer 129 rooms. Let us recall that last year in November, we reported that the investor was obtaining administrative permits for the construction of a building with a cubature of 46,500 meters³ on a lot with an area of 0.7 ha, located on Wyzwolenia Street in Dźwirzyno, next to the OW Oliwia holiday center. Architectural design has been developed by Arthome Project. ■
