Zdrojowa Invest will operate Radisson hotels in Kołobrzeg and Szklarska Poręba with over 300 rooms

Zdrojowa Invest & Hotels has signed a franchise agreement with the Radisson group concerning the management, under the Radisson brand name, of hotels which are being built on Morawskiego Street in Kołobrzeg (Zachodniopomorskie Province) and on Armii Krajowej Street in Szklarska Poręba (Dolnośląskie Province). As we have reported, the four-star hotels, previously known as H2O and "Forest Ski Hotel**** & Resort", respectively, are going to have 209 and 104 rooms. The seaside investment, scheduled to be put to use in the middle of next year, has been designed by Open Architekci, and the mountain investment (which is to be completed before the beginning of the upcoming skiing season) by Grupa 5. ■
