Żerański is going to build shopping center

Eko-Archiplan is the architectural partner of Żerański Development and RG-Leasing during preparations for the construction of the Smart Park shopping center in Wąbrzeźno (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). The enterprise, which we initially mentioned last year in December, is going to entail the construction of a complex with an area of approx. 10,000 sqm. Let us recall that last year in December, we reported that Bonisław Park, in collaboration with Eko-Archiplan, was planning to develop a property on Okrężna Street for the purposes of a shopping complex with an area of 10,000 sqm. ■
