Apolloplast has entrusted Opara Budownictwo with a contract for the general contractorship of the "Ventus Apollo Business & Living" multi-functional complex on IX Wieków Kielc Avenue in Kielce. The enterprise, to be finalized by the 4th quarter of 2019, will entail the construction of a complex with a total area of 12,000 sqm, with an office-service section (48 units) and an apartment section (50 flats). Architectural design has been prepared by the Tera Group workshop. ■
