Napollo applied for a construction permit for a retail-service outlet on Pułku 4 Ułanów Street in Gołków in Piaseczno commune (Mazowieckie Province). The investment is being carried out in collaboration with BM Architekci (Marcin Mańkowski). Let us recall that last year in May, we reported that Napollo was planning to open a N-Park shopping complex with a lease area of 4,200 sqm in Gołków. The complex will also include parking lots for 120 vehicles. Meanwhile, in 2022, we wrote that a subsidiary of Gallop Properties and Raj Architekci were conducting administrative procedures for this property.
